Refunds & Returns Policy
Shipping of Returned Items
To return your product, please go to the ‘Orders’ section of your account and select the item you wish to return. Choose the reason for return and add any extra information we might need.
Once your return request is approved, we’ll arrange a collection from your address. Please repackage the item securely and include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return.
You do not need to print a return label.
Please note: A £12 return collection fee will apply to orders returned due to customer error (e.g., incorrect item ordered, change of mind, etc.). This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
For orders placed in error, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs, therefore this will be deducted from your refund.
If items are not returned in original condition and packaging, reductions from the refund will be made at our discretion.
Cancellation
If an order is cancelled, but has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the item in new condition. A refund will then be made for the order, less the postage cost, which is non-refundable.
If an order has not yet been shipped, then a full refund will be made to the customer with no penalties.
Warranty
If a product has become faulty, within the specified warranty period (usually 2 years), we will happily replace it. If we cannot replace the product we will offer a like for like alternative or issue a full refund.
We do not accept liability for any labour charges for the removal and refitting of faulty parts.
