Refunds and Returns Policy

We have a 30 day refund policy. If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your item, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Shipping of Returned Items

To return your product, please go to the 'Orders' section of your account and select the item that you wish to return.

Select the reason for return and note any additional information we may need.

Once we have approved your return request, a label will be ready to download.

Please repackage the item and include a note stating your name, order number and reason for return.

Print the label and drop off the item to a local post office.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

For orders placed in error, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs, therefore this will be deducted from your refund.

If items are not returned in original condition and packaging, reductions from the refund will be made at our discretion.

Cancellation

If an order is cancelled, but has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the item in new condition. A refund will then be made for the order, less the postage cost, which is non-refundable.

If an order has not yet been shipped, then a full refund will be made to the customer with no penalties.

Warranty

If a product has become faulty, within the specified warranty period (usually 2 years), we will happily replace it. If we cannot replace the product we will offer a like for like alternative or issue a full refund.

We do not accept liability for any labour charges for the removal and refitting of faulty parts.
