The bulk of our stock is for the Japanese luxury MPV import market including, but not limited to, Nissan Elgrand and Serena, Toyota Estima and Alphard, Honda Stepwagon and Elyson and Mazda Bongo. We stock (almost!) all the mechanical parts you could need including steering, suspension, braking, engine parts, service and many more. We do not stock body parts except items that are listed on our website.

All our parts are new and selectively sourced by ourselves, a lot of these being made exclusively for us, tailored to our high standards. Unless otherwise stated, our parts come with a 2-year warranty to put your mind at rest.
A
Our heavy-duty parts have been specially designed to provide an upgrade in performance from the original parts, often when the original part is commonly found to be a weakness on UK roads. For example, our heavy-duty springs are 30% stronger than the originals and our heavy-duty front drop links offer a 50% improvement on the originals.
A
The standard rubber bushes fitted to these vehicles have an effective service life which is vastly reduced by UK roads. Polyurethane is much harder wearing, all bushes being designed by us with longevity and comfort in mind, coming with a lifetime warranty. Whilst we are aware of issues with other brands of polyurethane bushes, our bushes are manufactured to be fitted with special silicone grease, featuring grease pockets moulded into the surface which vastly reduce friction, eradicating potential issues.

Silicone is more flexible than the standard rubber driveshaft boots, the silicone boots are more resistant to hot and cold weather and therefore are less likely to perish, resulting in a longer lasting boot.
Compatibility and Advice
A
Use our notes box on checkout to enter your registration and Vehicle Identification Number and if we have any concerns we will check the parts for you. Alternatively, please feel free to contact us if you are unsure and we will happily confirm or try our best to source anything we don’t have. Sometimes vehicles have a lot of variations, and we cannot confirm on registration alone, if you receive a part that doesn’t fit, we will work through the options with you and find a solution.

Parts described as ‘Left’ refer to the passenger side of the vehicle, also known as the nearside. Parts described as ‘Right’ refer to the driver’s side of the vehicle, also known as the offside.
A
No, unfortunately we do not offer this service. Please refer to our list of recommended garages.

Whilst we understand that many people want to work on their vehicles themselves, we would always advise a qualified and insured professional to advise and fit parts. We do not take any liability for damages resulting from parts fitted incorrectly. Some simple modifications, such as the addition of high lift tailgate struts may be done at home using our fitting guides. Please refer to our list of recommended garages.
A
Yes, some of our parts come with fitting instructions included. For anything else we are happy to speak to you or your garage, for any questions relating to compatibility or fitting, please contact us.
A
The description on our listings will tell you whether you are looking at a singular or paired item. There are many parts that we sell both individually and as pairs to suit your needs. Where we supply a heavy-duty version, e.g. E51 front drop links or springs, or recommend that both sides should always be replaced together, e.g. brake pads, discs or shock absorbers, these are priced and sold only as pairs.
A
Email us a photo of you MOT certificate or send us your registration number and we will get back to you with the parts you need.
A
A lot of garages that are not used to working on Japanese imported vehicles find that they cannot get the parts needed from their usual suppliers and may ask you to source them. We are happy to send parts directly to your garage if you have confirmed with them that they are happy to receive the parcel and fit parts that you supply. When buying online, just enter your garages address in the shipping address box and everything will be sent directly to them.
Ordering, Payment and Accounts
A
Wherever possible, directly through our website is the quickest and simplest way to place an order. If the part you are looking for is out of stock or not listed, please fill out our contact us form and we will get back to you with availability and lead times.
A
We accept all major bank cards, Paypal, GooglePay, ApplePay and ShopPay. If you have contacted us by text, Facebook or Whatsapp, we will send links to our website or ask you to call us to pay if this is not possible. We will never ask for direct bank transfer, this is a common sign of a scam.
A

We ship everything within the UK Mainland by DHL Next Day Tracked and Signed. Any orders over £20 include next working day postage for free. If you require an AM or Saturday service, we can provide this for an extra cost, please select this option at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2pm to guarantee same day dispatch. Please note certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and the Islands of the UK are classed as Zone 2 for DHL meaning that it may take 48 hours to arrive, and we can only offer subsidised, but not free delivery to these areas.
A
Due to the nature and value of our parts we send everything on a tracked and signed for service to avoid items being exposed to bad weather or getting into the wrong hands. Please note we cannot guarantee that the parts will be left if the driver deems it unsafe to do so. Alternatively, once your package is on its way, you may be able to set alternative delivery instructions through your DHL tracking link.

If we must delay your dispatch for any reason, we will be in touch to let you know when you will receive your parcel or offer you a refund. If you miss your delivery, or your parcel is returned to depot, DHL will automatically attempt a redelivery the next day unless otherwise stated. If this is not suitable, please visit the DHL portal or helpline to arrange a redelivery or depot collection. If you have received part of your order, but not all of it, it may be coming as multiple parcels. If the label says 1 of 2,3 etc there may be more to come. If this is not the case, or the subsequent parcels don’t arrive, please contact us and we will follow up and/or resend. If you do not receive your package at all, and it has been lost in transit, please contact DHL or ourselves to find the item, find the reason for the incomplete delivery and organise this to be corrected.
