Ordered a part last min for our elgrand last year (we were due to go travelling for a couple of weeks) problem with the courier delivery and this company went out of their way to ensure we had a part to be able to travel. This was at their own cost. Luckily I have not needed anything else so far for the vehicle but when I do I would not hesitate to purchase from JDM. The customer service offered is second to none.
