Refunds and Returns Policy

We have a 30 day refund policy. If 30 days have elapsed since receipt of your item, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will be in contact to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Shipping of returned items

To return your product, please follow the link below to create your returns label:

Select the printing option from the print menu or choose to send as an email. However, we recommended printing return label from a desktop or laptop for the best experience.

Print the label and drop of the item to a local post office.

Please include a note stating your name, order number and reason for return.

For orders placed in error, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs, therefore this will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation

If an order is cancelled, but has already been shipped, the customer will need to return the item in new condition.  A refund will then be made for the order, less the postage cost, which is non-refundable.

If an order has not yet been shipped, then a full refund will be made to the customer with no penalties.
